relief or respite. You may be grieving the loss of a child.

Helping Hands - Healing Hearts is an organization which continuously explores the Pittsburgh region to identify the people and facilities available to give direct help to you - information, medical and social services, coordination of care, rest or respite, help with your grief, anger or just plain confusion.
The first thing you may want to do is click on Important Questions and print out the questions and answers, which give valuable information as well as helpful hints.
We have tried to give accurate, up-to-date information and hope you will find it easy to use this web site. In May, 2005 there will be a handy, pocket-sized printed resource guide which we will send you free of charge if you contact us. Our Mission
Helping Hands - Healing Hearts is a volunteer organization
formed in
2004 to promote quality hospice and palliative care for children with
life-threatening conditions.
Our goal is to enable families and health care professionals
in South-
western Pennsylvania to provide the best possible quality of life for
very ill children and their families.
